Inspired by the sidewalk dining and street food they experienced in Vietnam, Kwan and Luu wanted to recreate the experience here in San Francisco — complete with little red stools, Cambodian pop music, and a rotating menu of regional Vietnamese dishes handmade with Bay Area produce and ethos. They’re working on opening their first brick-and-mortar restaurant on Folsom and 22nd in Fall 2018.
