Important handling advice:
- Support Tickets only can be created after a booking has been made.
- Do not reply to emails send via this ticket system!
- You can read all messages and must update the ticket going to the support page!
- Uploading files or images is currently not possible within the support center. If necessary, please use share links (Dropbox [Capture], Google Drive, MS One Drive, etc.) to be able to view those files.
